GOLFERS PLEASE NOTE that payment for the green fees is made soon after the close of Registration. If you have registered and for some reason are not able to play then it is incumbent on you to find another member / guest player who can take your place and notify VSA Golf�of the change as soon as practicable. In the event that you are unable to find a replacement please advise VSAGC at the earliest possible time.

More importantly, if no replacement is found you are still responsible for the fee that has already been paid by the club on your registration. Please make the necessary arrangements for the payment to be made at the earliest.
